Warranty Statement – DIR Cooperative Contracts Program

Accutek Technologies, Inc. affirms that all work performed under the DIR Cooperative Contracts program is completed free from defects in workmanship and materials and is supported by applicable manufacturer warranties.

In the event a replacement is required due to a verified manufacturer defect—excluding damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or actions by the customer, third parties, vendors, or other external factors—and the product remains within the applicable warranty period, please contact BJ Martinez at BJ.Martinez@MyAccutek.com.

This warranty shall remain in effect for a period of one (1) year from the date of project completion, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Return Policy – DIR Cooperative Contracts Program

Accutek Technologies, Inc. will accept returns on equipment and materials-only purchases within thirty (30) days of receipt and with a RMA.

To be eligible for return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. All returns are subject to the acceptance policies and approval of the respective manufacturer or supplier.

Return Authorization (RMA):
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Accutek Technologies, Inc. prior to returning any product. Returns submitted without an approved RMA may be refused. To request an RMA, please contact Amanda Meiars at Accounting@MyAccutek.com with the original order details and reason for return.

Restocking Fees:
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, depending on manufacturer or supplier policies. Any applicable restocking fees will be communicated at the time the RMA is issued.

Damaged in Transit:
Any products received damaged must be reported within five (5) business days of delivery. Accutek Technologies, Inc. will coordinate with the carrier and/or manufacturer to resolve the issue. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may impact eligibility for replacement or claim.

Non-Returnable Items:
Returns do not apply to labor-only services or labor and materials cabling or installation projects. These services are governed by the applicable warranty provisions outlined under the DIR Cooperative Contracts program.
